Chaz Gear
One of the most popular Baby
Face wrestlers from the old Global Wrestling Fed was young "Chaz." This
cutie didn't have the flashiest wrestling moves, but he is world famous for
how he wore his incredible gear.
In his young, skinny days,
Chaz loved to wear tie-dyed trunks. He also loved to tie a strap around
his biceps to make them look larger, which was common back in the Big 80's.
Back in the 80's, it was also
OK for a man to wear pink. And to grow a long, flowing Mullet. Basically
it was OK for dudes to look very feminine during the 80's, and pro wrestlers
were no exception.
OK Chaz, we see your cool Tie-Dye
trunks, so you can stop sticking them in the camera. Or keep doing
it, whatever.
Here is Chaz sporting a tight
pair of aqua trunks. Posing in those fancy briefs, Chaz could qualify as
a model on the International Jock
website, which is quoted below...
"If you're looking for a unique,
sleek swimsuit that isn't also being worn by every other guy on the beach,
you can't go wrong with this eye-catching brief."
"The low-rise brief includes
many refined details such as a softly lined front panel, an inner drawstring,
and a contoured front pouch. Made from a blend of 90% nylon and 10% spandex
for stretchy comfort."
In the end, the masked brute
was no match for young Chaz and his shiny trunks. His arms are raised
in victory after he pins the larger opponent.
Chaz almost caused a power
outtage when he climbed in the ring wearing these fancy purple trunks, as
fans everywhere hit "Record" on their VCRs all at the same time.
A visitor to my website recently
sent me a donation (Thanks, man) and mentioned Chaz as one of his favorite
wrestlers. That's when I noticed we didn't have nearly enough Chaz
galleries on this website!
"This collection is designed
to be worn as both underwear and swimwear. It's like getting two garments
for the price of one! Because of the soft and stretchy qualities of the fabric,
and because none of the garments have liners, they are lightweight and comfortable
for daily wear both in and out of the water.
"Lycra that fits like a glove and provides excellent male support."
"This daring trunk features
a special bulge-enhancing pouch that gently lifts your goodies up and forward
for a noticeable enhancing effect. It's made from a single layer of fine mesh
that is semi-transparent (and even more so when wet). We suggest these only
for the uninhibited!"
"These colorful, high-quality
briefs stay up on your waist, down on your legs and keep your "boys" right
where they belong."
Here is Chaz peeling off a
red leather ring jacket with fringe. Great gear again, who is the genius
that dresses this kid?!
Chaz often worked a "stripper"
gimmick which was common in the 80's, peeling or ripping off his clothes
before the match like a Chippendale dancer (but with a regular dude-next-door
body instead of shredded abs.)
Chaz wore a black speedo for
this match, maybe to appear more manly and butch. He must be trying
to shed his image as a helpless pretty-boy whom every wrestler can easily
beat up.
"This beautifully-made classic
brief includes a floating pouch design that offers a unique wearing experience.
The pouch flexes and moves with you for the ultimate in comfort while allowing
easy access."
"The stylish brief is made
from a soft blend of cotton with spandex for stretchy comfort that hugs the
body."
Ouch, his bright orange bikini
is difficult for the fans to look at without burning their retinas. But
I think they'll find a way to squint so they can keep right on staring.
"Super-bright, day-glo colors
are back and these trophy swim briefs are as colorful as they get. We've
always liked the look of a suit that includes an elastic waistband for a
non-sagging fit."
"Thrill them at the beach in
this gravity-defying anatomically correct swimwear. This bikini offers extra
room and a pronounced lift effect from the specially-contoured front pouch
combined with abbreviated, euro-style seat coverage."
"The unlined, single-ply front pouch means this suit dries quickly. Available
in several brilliant colors."
GRRR. Chaz is really
getting butch in these blue tiger striped trunks and bicep straps. I
think he's trying to look like Tarzan.
"The Funky Brief features a
colorful mesh fabric adorned with animal print for an edgy, savage look. The
single-ply mesh fabric stretches and conforms to your body and the front
pouch is outlined with see-thru mesh panels for added sexiness."
"Not for everyone, this brief is reserved for confident guys who like to
be on the cutting edge of fashion."
"This daring underwear is for
those who seek quality, style, an excellent fit and the latest in fabrics
and design technology. They are impeccably made of the finest materials and
guaranteed to please both you and anyone who's fortunate enough to get to
see you wearing them."
Chaz was the son of a big
bear of a brawler named "Tugboat Taylor." Can you see any family resemblance
between the young Teen Heart Throb and the grizzled, manly beast?
Now this is getting out of
control! Does the camera-man really need to zoom in on Chaz in this
spread-eagle position? And couldn't the director cut away to some other
camera, to respect the Teen Heart Throb's modesty.
"Enjoy the comfort and shiny
provocative look of this lightweight nylon brief. Nylon underwear is
exceptionally soft and silky. The fabric stretches for a comfortable fit and
is semi-transparent for an incredibly sexy look."
Chaz peels
off his fancy purple coat to reveal a bulging pair of blue trunks and a line
of body hair running down his belly and under his waist-band. Our little
Chaz is growing up!
Chaz bounces around the ring
in his skin tight baby blue trunks and matching arm bands, his mullet waving
in the breeze. How very 80's!
The ref bends over to carefully
run his hands over Chaz's white leather boots, up his strong legs, over and
around the waistband of his shiny trunks -- Wow, I'd volunteer to be the
Ref for free!
"You and your opponent will
enjoy this wrestling underwear in solid blue. An excellent choice under your
singlet, this tough lycra brief with full cut design provides just the right
amount of support for wrestling, great support for the gym, or as a unique
bathing suit."
Is it just my imagination,
or did the Global Wrestling Federation feature a high percentage of between
the leg camera shots? Was this the fault of the wrestlers, who always
seemed to land spread-eagle, or the camera men who would focus on it every
time??
"For the bold bather, the
'Cheek Trunk' provides just enough coverage in back to let 'em have a peek
at your lower cheeks. It includes a specially contoured male pouch up front
and a center seam in back for definition. These trunks are comfortable, sexy
and uniquely male."
Even Chaz must realize he's
gone too far when he hit the ring in this blue banana hammock. He spends
most of the match trying to stretch his revealing bikini over his junk. Is
that basically a thong??
He continues to yank down the
waist band, pull the back out of his crack, and stretch the tight little side
seams over his hips. This is like when I tried to wrap a gift, but
there wasn't quite enough wrapping paper left on the roll.
"The 'Trophy Shelf' system
features a unique pouch design that includes two specially designed box pleats
at the bottom of the pouch that lift and pull forward the male anatomy to
create an enhanced profile."
"This new design provides uplifting support for your 'Trophy' and gives
you a bigger bulge."
"Sometimes less is more. A
little less fabric can be a lot more fun. A jockstrap should only be worn
during athletic activity and we cannot be held responsible for misuse."
"If wearing this to the office under a three-piece suit causes you to be
a little too aggressive with the folks in Accounting, don't say we didn't
warn you!"
I mean, come on... Didn't anyone have a problem that Chaz
was rolling around the ring in far less fabric than the average olympic diver??
Did he get a bonus for every inch of flesh he exposed or something??
Some of the modern wrestlers
who cover their bodies under sweat pants and hockey jerseys could take a
lesson from young Chaz, who let it all hang out and didn't really care if
his body is a bit pudgy.
Most wrestling trunks have
6" sides, or 4" sides for the more daring grapplers. I think Chaz's
zebra bikini is held together with dental floss and a prayer!
Is Chaz a bit nervous about
being exposed in his little zebra briefs? He slowly runs his hands
over the skin-tight spandex.
The Teen Hearthrob matches
his knee pads and bicep straps to his fancy Zebra print briefs. He
had to be the best dressed man in wrestling back in the 1980's!
"These
clean, sleek and masculine briefs feature innovative color blocking and styling
that is truly on the cutting edge. Made from a double-faced mesh fabric that
breathes and wicks moisture, this futuristic men's underwear has a look that
is completely unique."
The big bully has defeated
our hero Chaz, covering him for the One, Two, Three. As usual, Chaz
happens to stretch open his long legs as the camera just happens to linger
on him in this humiliating position.
