Brett Hart scrambles for the ropes like a frightened child because he knows what will happen to his neck if Backlund is able to secure this hold. Later Backlund again tries to secure his Crossface Chickenwing.  If he is able to reach his left arm up Hart's back and join his fingers, he will be the Champ! Backlund finally applies the hold and takes poor Hart down to the mat in a humiliating defeat.
