Batman vs. Superman
People have long debated which of the top two Super-heroes would
win in a fight: Superman or Batman. To settle the question once and
for all, we booked the two crime-fighing studs for a match in the pro ring
. (Bear with me while I play around with PhotoShop to learn how to do this!)
"In this corner,
from Metropolis, wearing red and blue tights, and fighting for Truth, Justice,
and the American Way, it's Suuuuuuuuuper MAN!!!"
"And his opponent, from Gotham City, wearing
a bat mask and body suit, it's the Caped Crusader, it's BAT- MAAAAAAAN!!"
"The
two heroes lock up collar and elbow in the center of the ring. You
know Superman is known as the Man of Steel, so he should over-power Batman
fairly easily!"
"Wow,
the crowd is stunned as Batman easily takes control, forcing the Man of Steel
to his knees with a Wrist Lock. It's not often we see Superman helpless
like this!"
"With
his lightning fast reflexes, Batman sends the Son of Jor-El sailing across
the ring. Now I really do believe that a man can fly!"
(By the way, these same Indy studs, Jamie Noble -- AKA James Gibson --
and Roderick Strong, faced off back in Gallery 582, but they can't seem
to get enough of each other.)
"Batman follows
up with a tight Arm-Bar on the Man of Steel, rubbing his black boot on Superman's
face to further humiliate him. I can't believe how easily the Caped
Crusader is dominating in this match! What is wrong with Superman tonite?"
"Superman struggles
to his feet, but Batman maintains his grip, further degrading Superman by
ripping off his red cape. I heard a Hollywood movie is being made called
'Batman vs. Superman, but fans won't have to wait for the movie and pay
about $20 for popcorn when we have these rivals in the ring already!?"
"They lock up for
a Test of Strength, which would normally be an easy win for Superman, but
something is wrong with the Man of Steel tonite. I wonder if that
shiny belt-buckle on Batman's utility belt has anything to do with Superman's
fatigue?"
"Batman rolls onto
his back and hooks his legs around Superman's arms. The Man of Steel
better be careful here, this Bat can be a very clever opponent!"
"They separate
and both wrestlers take a moment to regroup while the fans clap for their
favorite Superhero. "
Fans wishing to view this hot match without the Superhero
costumes on the wrestlers should visit the October 2nd, 2005 gallery in
Ring
of Honor Photos.
"With
super-human speed and strength, Superman raises the Caped Crusader and slams
his shoulders onto the mat. Don't count out the Man from Smallville
just yet fans!"
"Now
it's time for the old Monkey-Flip as Superman tosses Batman across the ring,
ass over applecart."
"Whoa
Nellie! Batman returns the favor, flipping Superman head-over-heels
like a puppy in the dryer. I believe I heard a ripping sound as Batman
yanked on his opponent's shirt."
"Batman
resorts to some dirty tactics to stay in control of Superman, Fish-Hooking
the sides of his opponent's mouth to torture him! And I was right about
Superman's suit, it is clearly torn down the middle, which should upset
the Man of Steel."
"Batman is just
having his way with Superman tonite, I can't believe it! You know,
every time Superman is near Batman's utility belt with the shiny buckle,
he seems to lose his energy. The ref better check Batman for a foreign
object."
"Batman
applies his patented Leg-Nelson, the dreaded Bat-Wing Nelson, which is very
painful on the shoulders and neck. The fans cheer, seeming to enjoy
Superman's helpless position between Batman's legs."
"At last, Superman
shows some offense in this match. He slaps on a Toboggan Surfboard
and bends Batman's spine in the wrong direction."
"I'll
bet Batman is wishing his Boy Wonder, Robin, was here tonite to help him
out of Superman's punishing hold!"
"Superman gets some receipts for the painful
Armbar that Batman used on him earlier. He squats on the Caped Crusader's
back in a Camel Clutch, and cranks the victim's neck in circles."
"Poor
Batman can't take much more of this painful position, and neither can his
mask, which is nearly torn off his face! This is worse than any torture
device the Joker and the Riddler ever devised for poor Batman!"
"Superman
entangles both of his victim's legs, while continuing to tear at Batman's
mask! Batman's secret identity is about to be exposed if he isn't careful!"
"Oh no, Batman's mask
is completely torn off, exposing his face for the world to see! This
is terrible for the Caped Crusader, he is ruined. And he can't cover
his face because Superman has applied a Surfboard, pulling back both arms."
"As Superman continues
to rock further and further back, like he is riding a See-Saw, the fans get
a good look at the handsome face of Batman, and realize that Batman is actually
the great Roderick Strong, from Ring
of Honor
wrestling!" |
"Superman rolls onto his back, applying the painful Mexican
Ceiling hold! I can't believe the great old-school holds these young
men are using in there, they really know their craft, fans!"
"Now rolling Batman
onto his shoulders, Superman tries for a bridged Tip-Toe Pin, but the wily
Dark Knight is able to roll out."
"Batman is quickly
back in control with a punishing Rear Chinlock. I'm not sure if Batman
is trying to rip his opponent's head off his shoulders, or his shirt off
his body!"
"I'll bet the fans
didn't know they were in for a Rip and Strip match today, as Batman continues
to expose more of his victim's flesh, pulling on the neck and the body-suit
at the same time. Superman has never been degraded like this before,
fans!"
"Planting a knee in
the stud's back, Batman tries to destroy Superman's back just like he destroyed
his shirt. Now that Superman's chest is exposed, he will be more vulnerable
to Batman's chops and slaps!"
"Again we see Superman
growing weak while in the vicinity of Batman's glowing belt buckle! Sweat
is pouring down his face and chest now as Batman begins to yank his arms
repeatedly like the lever on a Slot Machine."
"OOOFF!! The
shirtless stud is being thrown around like a rag-doll now! Batman
scoops Superman up and cracks him over one knee like a piece of firewood."
"This is the worst
punishment Superman's body has ever suffered. And this position puts his
flesh in direct contact with the Kryptonite belt buckle Batman is wearing!
Clearly Batman is angry after having his mask removed and his identity
exposed."
"Batman is out to
hurt Superman now. He follows up with several punches to the face."
"ZOPP! KRACK!!! FLUGGG!!"
"Again Superman finds
himself on his knees at Batman's feet. He is shocked at his lack of
power. Batman spits on the Man of Steel, asking him if he likes the
new belt buckle that their mutual friend Lex Luthor gave him."
"With a burst of energy,
Superman applies a Front Facelock, gripping Batman between his thighs while
pulling his head out of the socket."
"As Batman struggles
to his feet, Superman maintains his deadly grip. I think he is now
ripping off Batman's suit to even the score, so both wrestlers will soon
be stripped to the waist."
"Batman rams Superman
against the corner buckles to break the hold, but not before Superman finishes
peeling off that tight shirt, exposing Batman's chest and back"
"Wow, check
out this amazing athlete, also known as Jamie Noble, also known as James
Gibson, catching his breath on the ropes while sweat glistens on his chest
and stomach."
"The Caped Crusader
is determined to finish off Superman once and for all, so there will be
no question who is the more powerful Superhero. He scoops the exhasted
Man of Steel onto his shoulders on the ropes."
"WOW, what an incredible
maneuver by this amazing Roderick Strong! He falls onto his back,
pulling the opponent down by the trunks, slamming the man across his shins
on impact!"
"OUCH! This
Roderick Strong is called the Messiah of Backbreakers because of the numerous
spine-snapping holds he can apply. He rolls James Gibson into a Lion
Tamer position, bending his body into a question mark. It may be all over
for the Man of Steel!"
"Batman is kneeling
on Superman's spine, trying to break him in two pieces! This is horrible,
no man should suffer agony like this, no matter how strong and cocky he is!
Will Superman tap out, admitting defeat to Batman!?!"
"Sure
enough, poor Superman must tap out, admitting once and for all that Batman
is the stronger man! Batman has defeated Superman!"
"The
fans go wild as the ref raises the arm of an exhasuted Caped Crusader. He
should feel proud, nobody expected him to be able to win over the Man of
Steel!"
"Both
Batman and Superman are hot, so they strip off their tights and strut around
in their briefs, with sweat pouring down their hard bodies. The fans
sure got their money's worth tonite!"
"It's not often that
you see a superhero out of his costume! Superman adjusts his balls and grabs
a microphone to praise and congratulate Batman for winning the match."
"Superman declares Batman the strongest
Superhero in the universe and raises his arm in victory. What a great
show of respect and friendship by the Man of Steel!"
"Cameras
are snapping like lightning in the crowd as the two heroes embrace in the
center of the ring. They take several minutes to hold each other, talking
quietly about their mutual admiration. Batman invites his new pal
Superman back to the Bat-Cave for the weekend."
"The combatants
exit the ring arm-in-arm, walking together to the locker room as the fans
cheer. Now that they both know who the better man is, they can live together
in peace. These heroes should team up together, they'd make an unbeatable
Tag Team!"
"Before entering the
locker room, the studs stop again to admire each other. Roderick places a
hand intimately on Gibson's abs, while Gibson's eyes are glued to Strong's
chest. What an incredibly hot match by two great Super-heroes!"
