	The innovator of the suicidal dive off the top ropes was the "Superfly" Jimmy Snuka.  Here he is, barefoot in his hot Tarzan briefs, poised on the ropes above the chubby man in yellow tights.
	Cameras flash, catching Snuka's muscular body in mid-air as he leaps off the ropes like the lord of the jungle, to splash down on the soft-bellied jobber down on the mat.  The fans go wild!

 
 

This barefoot lad must be a Snuka fan. He mimics that cocky pose on the top rope as he prepares to dive down on the other young hunk in yellow trunks.

 
 
 

This Captain America wanna-be perches on the ropes, looking too sexy in star spangled briefs and white boots.  He prepares to crush the arch-villain down on the mat.
The superhero soars into action, stretching out his muscular body like an eagle taking flight.
CRUNCH!  That rock solid body crashes down on the skinny bad guy, chest to chest, knocking the wind out of the evil villain.

]	Check out big, beefy Buzz Sawyer hurling his fat body into the air to belly-flop onto the smaller guy down on the mat.  Buzz uses his body weight to crush his poor opponent.
	Buzz smiles in victory as he covers the blond kid belly to chest for the pin fall.

 
 
 

The Smokin' Gunns liked to climb into the ring bare-chested, in tight jeans and cowboy boots.  Bart Gunn looks sexy leaping off the ropes and sailing into the ring to crush some unseen victim.  Yeeee-HA!

 
 

Chris Benoit's variation of the Superfly is a brain smashing headbutt off the ropes, which he is about to deliver to his arch rival, Tiger Mask.

  

Benoit must have taught the Flying Headbutt to his friend, the Dynamite Kid.  He drops forward like a cut tree, smashing his hard skull like a cue ball into the victim's forehead.  The poor guy was already out cold on the mat!

 
 

The Fantastics perfected a wild double team Superfly.  Tommy Rogers climbs the ropes, then his partner would brace him with one hand pressed in his crotch.
	As Tommy jumped, the blond Fantastic would launch him by shoving up on his groin, giving him extra lift and greater force when he splashed onto their victim.
