You may recall I recently blogged about the Fat > Muscle type of match common in pro wrestling (and I revisited the same theme a couple months later.) This is the old gimmick where a confident, muscular body-builder faces off against an over-weight, crushing mountain of a man. The massive beast soon overwhelms Mr. USA and teaches the cocky hunk some respect for men who shop in the Big & Tall department.
The appeal of the match lies in the transfer of power from the athletic Alpha Male (traditionally seen as more fit and desirable, and therefore more powerful) to the obese, but unbeatable bully who uses his bulk to maintain control.
One of the observations made in my original Fat > Muscle article was that: “Although the Fat > Muscle scenario is presented frequently in pro wrestling rings, it is almost never seen in adult underground wrestling films.”
Wouldn’t you know that underground wrestling star and all-around hottie, Morgan Cruise, reached out to me recently to let me know that a Fat > Muscle video called “Bodybuilder Humiliation 1” has now been released by Muscle Domination Wrestling as part of their Season 9 video series!
Wow — this announcement was a Very Big Deal for me for several reasons:
- A wrestling icon the likes of Morgan Cruise actually wrote to me! [swoon]
- A Fat > Muscle match, one of my favorite kinks, has been produced by MDW!!
- Part of the inspiration for the match was my own little article on Fat > Muscle!!!
So Bodybuilder Humiliation 1 features gorgeous Baby-Face, Braden Charron, as the Bodybuilder against a big crusher in a stretchy orange singlet known only as “Mountain.” In sharp contrast to the Mountain’s covered-up body, Braden is clad only in a little blue bikini — and barefoot.
You know my tastes if you’ve been following this Blog for more than a few minutes: you know I normally prefer pro style trunks and boots. However, Braden is being presented as the ultimate bodybuilder, so it makes sense for him to be dressed like a bodybuilder on competition day: wearing nothing more than his birthday suit and a little ass-hugging posing strap. This enhances our perception of him as an egotistical show-off eager to display his physique, while also making him appear somewhat vulnerable due to his relative nakedness and exposure.
A couple things I noticed about Mountain right away. One, he is a handsome dude despite his large size, looking like Turtle on Entourage or a strapping young John Belushi. Two, this Mountain can wrestle! Fuck! He is clearly a trained pro and executes all the moves with a crisp agility and perfect timing.
Mountain is also a skilled trash talker, speaking in a calm, commanding tone as he verbally abuses his He-Man opponent:
“Crawl for me, big daddy. Come on. You’re not gonna be able to walk any more after I’m done with you.”
And Braden, of course, does a stellar job selling his awed vulnerability. He grunts, begs, moans, bitches, and gasps out little “fuuuucks” so nicely, you can’t help but pop a boner for him.
The Mountain, meanwhile, is relentless, using his crushing mass to just beat down, weaken, and utterly wring out his victim.
Morgan Cruise was also kind enough to share with me some of his thoughts on why the Fat > Muscle scenario is appealing to guys:
“First off, the bodybuilder needs oxygen… more oxygen than the big fat guy. Now the fat guy definitely does not have an endless tank of cardio, but the fact that he has to move so little to do so much virtually grants him the edge. The bodybuilder is also used to being the one to never be taken off his feet.”
“The bodybuilder is shocked when he finds himself unable to knock the fat man down with a clothesline, he tumbles back into the ropes and tries again to no avail. He realizes that not only does his opponent have an inherent strength advantage from carrying around his own body-weight – but he also holds the advantage of being way more mass to try and topple.”
“The bodybuilder is used to having the fight brought to him but now he has to work to bring the fight to his opponent. In the world of wrestling, where egos are monuments stacked atop skyscrapers, this is a visibly big blow to the muscle man, a demotion from his alpha male podium.”
“There is something very awakening about a muscle man having shock all over their face, it demands our attention. And as the bodies become covered in sweat and the muscles become even more evident, I find it really easy to internalize the oxygen deprivation, knowing that there is a countdown to the moment when the bodybuilder will get hit with a huge move and simply be out underneath the behemoth atop them. When they wake up, their heavy opponent will be no where to be found and the bodybuilder will be struggling to collect all the pieces of what just happened, while the crowd watches on seemingly peering into the bodybuilder’s shame.”
“Which brings me to the final facet (of what I can think to articulate from my subconscious) of the Fat > Muscle match. When the smoke clears and the dust settles, the bodybuilder really does, as you have alluded to, seem naked out there. not just physically naked but a sort of baring that the show is over the gig is up everybody now knows that your muscles were just an extension of your fragile ego and that even though you may look the part, you are no genuine alpha male.”
So there you have it, wrestling fans: a custom-made Fat > Muscle match and an explanation from an insider. Never let it be said that Muscle Domination Wrestling isn’t striving to present for us exactly what we enjoy. Now do me one favor, loyal reader: if you get into Fat > Muscle and can possibly afford it, go download Bodybuilder Humiliation 1. Maybe Morgan Cruise will keep sending great content like this for me to share on this blog.
Congratulations–and thank you! My god, this match looks…my god!
Well its obvious that Bradon is all show and there is no power behind that muscled body of his. But in my case there is raw power that will take down that Mountain of a Man. Oh Yeah that is a challenge
