The March 14th episode of Friday Night Smackdown featured a hot scene of punishment for Damien Sandow. Apparently Sandow upset the boss by refusing to get in the ring on a prior episode, so now the arrogant bastard must be punished. He is verbally berated and forced to apologize like a little boy with his hand in the cookie jar — totally degrading.
Next Sandow is told he must immediately wrestle against a mystery opponent, so he peels off his little black tank top and awaits his fate. The three members of The Shield then approach the ring and I start to get excited (I am a sucker for three-on-one beat-downs…)
Seth Rollins is the lucky member of The Shield chosen to teach Sandow a lesson. He proceeds to deliver some high-flying Drop-Kicks, using his combat boots to keep Sandow at his mercy. Get him, Rollins!
Sandow must have really upset his bosses, because not only must he take a humiliating beating, but he must take the beating from the weakest and smallest member of The Shield. I mean, Sandow could have salvaged some of his manhood if Roman Reigns was the one working him over, but to be punished and destroyed by little Seth Rollins is very emasculating!
Are they turning cocky Damien Sandow into a Baby-Face?? Usually he wears a smug expression and flamboyant pink trunks that draw our attention to his impressive package, but today he is dressed in humble black trunks. I think they even trimmed his long, scraggly beard to make him appear less Talibany and more huggable. Sandow could be pretty hot as a Face!
Although the other two Shield members have not gotten physically involved in the match (unfortunately), their presence at ringside is a constant distraction for poor Sandow.
Each time he diverts his attention to argue with Ambrose and Reigns, he turns around to suffer another boot to the face from the relentless Seth Rollins.
Known as the “Hounds of Justice,” the Shield are responsible for punishing other wrestlers who step out of line. Any wrestler who upsets the bosses is handed over to The Shield for them to torture and abuse until he learns his lesson and agrees to be more submissive. It’s pretty homo-erotic if you think about it.
Sandow has pinned many opponents in a cocky fashion, so it is only fair that he should now be humiliated.
Rollins spreads Sandow’s legs wide apart, putting that piece of ass on display. Sandow’s nut-sack is clearly visible in the tight, stretchy trunks, and he is split wide open to anyone who wants to further use and abuse him. Clearly Sandow is finished as a dominant male.
Still not done emasculating the former Bad Ass, the Shield inflict some more post-match abuse (I love that shit!) They hoist him onto Roman Reign’s shoulders, his legs straddling Reign’s face, his manhood now vulnerable to Reign’s mouth. Then they violently Triple Power Bomb him to finish him off.
Like most Shield encounters, this beat-down of Damien Sandow touches on the theme of Clothed Male, Naked Male (CMNM). Sandow’s body is exposed, nothing but an Extra Small pair of trunks covering his flesh. All three members of The Shield, meanwhile, are in multiple layers of black clothing from head to toe. In a CMNM scenario, the clothed males have the right to do whatever they want to the body of the naked male.
I really enjoyed the post-match victory pose by The Shield — this iconic image is the reason I decided to blog about this match. Reigns straddles Sandow’s body and they stand over him like he doesn’t matter at all. Then they stick their arms out (like stiff cocks) and press their cockheads, I mean their fists, together in a symbol of male bonding. There have been some recent disagreements between members of The Shield, but this pose of unity and dominance sends the message that they’re still united and still an unstoppable force of masculine partnership.
More on Dean Ambrose- he is HOT!
…I thought for a moment that they were going to remove his trunks too !
