Iron Men, 2 of 2

This article continues the earlier review of this epic Best of Three Falls match between Andrew Everett and Trevor Lee — probably the two most talented and best looking dudes in the CWF.

This match (and a ton of other great wrestling videos) can be found on the CWF’s YouTube Channel.  The CWF also offers a pay-per-view site where you can order their videos, but they’ve apparently decided to make a ton of their best stuff available on YouTube for free.  Thanks CWF!

The story of the First Fall was the dominance and talent of the long haired Andrew Everett.  The story of the Second Fall is the pain and suffering of Everett, who seems dizzy and tired after having his vertebrae spiked on the edge of the ring.

Trevor Lee proceeds to torture the Baby-Face like any Heel should.  And what a clever, creative torturer Lee turns out to be!  He uses some really interesting, sadistic holds.  For example, earlier he put Everett in a cravat, like a headlock, then shoved Everett’s body over the ropes and outside the ring, basically HANGING THE DUDE with his cravat hold serving as the noose!  I didn’t get any good images of that move, but it was sure brutal and exciting.

But the very coolest, very best scene of the night occurred when Lee locked Everett’s foot under the opposite knee, then wrapped that leg around the steel ringpost, TRAPPING POOR EVERETT WITH HIS LEGS TIED IN A KNOT AROUND THE POST!

Then Lee proceeded to kick his face like a soccer ball, but poor Everett could not escape because his legs were tied in a knot!  The commentators go crazy describing the scene.

And the continuous on-going suffering of Everett is just gorgeous — what good deeds did I do to deserve a full hour of this!?!

And have I mentioned the skill of the CWF camera operators who get us close to the action, scanning over every inch of that sprawled out body, practically rubbing the camera lens on the dude’s big trunk bulge?

Trevor Lee looking tough in his black gear, my oh my, as he just manhandles young Everett.  Here is how the silver-tongued commentators describe the match:

“Trevor Lee wants to not just BEAT Everett, he wants to out-wrestle him, he wants to HURT him, he wants to grind him down.” (Boner!)

And in case you didn’t see this coming, Lee rolls up his dazed opponent to win the Second Fall.  Now we are all tied up, wrestling fans, at One Fall a piece!

Can Everett recover from all the abuse he has suffered to fight back and win the Third Fall?  Or will this cruel bastard just continue to “grind him down” and torture him until he pins him again?

Check out this creative bondage scene: Lee yanked the skirt of black cloth that encircles the ring up over Everett’s waist to entrap him.  Everett is like: “Oh no,  I can’t protect myself now that this stretchy cloth is around my hips!”  Again we see the Hero rendered helpless, utterly immobilized as Lee runs up and kicks him in the head like he’s punting a football!

This is yet another creative display of helplessness and vulnerability.   This is why I love Indy wrestling and the CWF, because they think of unusual new ways to punish and humiliate their Baby-Faces!

Most wrestling matches are what, about 8 or 10 minutes long, so you get maybe 4 minutes of the Face-in-Peril.  These two studs decided to set the record for longest match in CWF federation history and wrestle for over an hour.  This means we are treated to over 30 wonderful minutes of solid, relentless, sweet agony by poor Andrew Everett!

Look at what Everett does here — proving he is truly an artist.  Lee slams him on the empty seats, dropping him a total of about 7 inches.  Everett acts as if this is the most searing, back-cracking pain he’s felt in his life!

He doesn’t just lay on the floor in a ball — no, he arches his body up, straining backwards, rolling out where we can get a good look at him clutch his aching back.

Eventually, after an hour of wrestling, the treachery and relentless skull-kicking of the cruel bully proves to be more than Everett can handle and he is pinned.

How frustrating — he has to surrender his prized championship belt to his most hated enemy.  And Trevor Lee (such a great Heel) poses with his BOOT ON EVERETT’s CHEST!!!

All the Heels in all the wrestling federations in the world need to take notes of this match and learn something from Trevor Lee.  THIS is how you piss off and fire up the crowd!  THIS is how you convince everyone you’re a cocky prick who gives zero fucks about your fellow man!  THIS is how you make pro wrestling exciting, entertaining, and arousing!
