This gallery concludes the third and final fall in this Mask-Vs-Mask grudge match between Dragon Lee (seen here suffering on his knees) and La Máscara (seen here grinding cock in his little black-and-white briefs.) Dragon Lee continues to play the hapless Baby-Face, falling for his opponent’s dirty tricks and generally staying down on the mat as if his legs are broken.
And La Máscara continues his arrogant posing, halting his onslaught now and then to sexualize the situation with gratuitous dance moves. The message being sent is that La Máscara is so powerful that he could fuck Dragon Lee if he felt like it — that Dragon Lee can do nothing to stop these degrading in-your-face gyrations.
So they climb the ropes and Dragon Lee gains the upper hand. He carries La Máscara to center ring in his arms, then flips, covers, and pins him for the victory! OH WOW — La Máscara lost and now must unmask — the audience is going ape-shit!
They take their time with the reveal, with La Máscara slowly loosening his laces in regret, postponing his degradation (and stirring up anticipation in the audience, as well as here at my house.) Soon the mask is just hanging loose on his face and it’s time for the moment we’ve all been waiting for…
So off comes that hood with La Máscara removing it himself to show respect for the traditions of Mask vs. Mask matches.
He can never wear that mask again according to tradition. For the rest of his career, we get to see his face exposed, his expressions open to us and our probing Male Gaze — pure degradation for a Luchador.
Rush re-enters the ring and now must choose between the two men presented to him. For some reason, he shoves away the winner of the match — Dragon Lee — and throws his arm around the unmasked loser whom he earlier was trying to ruin. I suppose this embrace is meant to cheer up La (Former) Máscara now that his awesome mask is gone forever. Hell, I’d be willing to let someone tear off my mask if it resulted in a big hug from Rush!
Two homo-social pairings are formed as Rush and La Máscara (can we even still call him that?) walk off in the sunset together. Then Mistico enters the ring and holds Dragon Lee in a long, passionate embrace that goes on longer than most dudes usually hug, the two masked heroes reveling in their mutual affection.
I hope this means these guys are pairing off into two rival Tag Teams, and that the bad boys will be back — both with their faces exposed now — to torture these masked Good Guys who can’t seem to stop hugging on each other. Stay tuned!
