Yesterday when I wrote about Magnus wrestling in IPW : UK, I provided a link to a Tumblr site featuring GIFs of Magnus in agony that one of my loyal readers sent me.
You’ve got him out-numbered — do you really need a weapon?
I hate to just steal and repost someone else’s work, but one of series on that site was just too great to pass over — this 3-on-1 beating of the hunk Magnus that really got me going.
Wow — we didn’t want you to hit him THAT hard!
From an episode of TNA, it appears Magnus was wrestling the masked freak Abyss when some beefy Indian brute attacked and brutally beat Magnus down with his big rod.
Now another freak gets in the mix — everyone wants to hurt Magnus!
Next some mysterious masked thug pounces on our stunned hottie and proceeds to pound him into a helpless state. What did poor Magnus ever do to deserve THIS? Where are his friends?
I love when one holds his arms so the other can pound him.
Sure — it’s easy to dominate him when you’ve got a big stick and a little buddy.
This is a great visual: Abyss looking on as his henchmen handle his light work. The masked villain restrains the chesty hero in white boots as the shirtless brute wallops him.
Now the Monster Abyss joins in all the fun!
If you think I enjoy 2-on-1 scenes, you should see how I feel about 3-on-1 — especially when the victim is a gorgeous, pretty guy like the suffering and helpless Magnus.
Yeah — sell that pain, you beautiful man.
What utter humiliation — how will he ever show his face in the ring again?
So which role did you prefer for Magnus — today’s Helpless Hero, or the Big Swinging Dick of yesterday? Or are you like me and turned on by a great wrestler no matter which side of the beating he’s on?
I’m with you, buddy. A hot wrestler is a hot wrestler, and the greater his versatility the greater the options for him to display his hotness. My favorite matches are hard fought matches, often with a role reversal or mid-match revenge. Nothing like a pretty boy turning hard assed heel and beating the crap out of his opponent when he’s had enough. (Of course, the roles can and usually will reverse again . . . Which just makes it hotter.) Heel or face, if they can sell moves and pain, they’re okay in my book.
The bromance between Magnus and Bram is one for the books. Sure it has the “once partners now enemies” arc but they sold it so well. And that pic of Magnus suffering in the ring pulling himself up on the ropes wincing while Bram is in the corner and – encouraging? taunting? – is my screensaver. So put me down for beatdown Magnus. Especially if two of the dudes are masked!
