Back on October 18th, I described the time Mad Dog Sawyer utterly demolished a Soft Bellied Jobber named Richie Rouge. The match was recently posted to YouTube.
Prompted by his sadistic manager, the Dog repeatedly dove off the top ropes, crushing Richie’s ribs under his hefty bulk.
The purpose of the match was two-fold: first, to sell us on the Dog’s power and savagery (a showdown against one of the beloved Fan Favorites must’ve been coming up.)
Second, the promoters are aware that one-sided domination is a big turn-on for many fans, so they let Mad Dog have his way with all these cute wimps to keep us horny and interested.
Before Sawyer can Dog-Splash the helpless jobber for the third time, another jobber named Lee Scott rushes to ringside to rescue his buddy. He rolls Rouge to safety outside the ring.
The commentators describe Rouge as “meat” that the Mad Dog was “chewing up.” This is an interesting turn of phrase, referencing the animalistic nature of the Heel and his bloodthirsty hunger (which also implies lust.) Lee Scott will pay a high price for taking away the hungry Dog’s chew-toy.
The Mad Dog feels no pain!
The pretty-boy in his flamboyant pink tights rushes foolishly into the ring where the Mad Dog drops him with a big knee to the stomach. This young man is in TROUBLE, wrestling fans!
The strange thing is that the ref treats this brawl as a scheduled bout, standing by and officiating as Mad Dog proceeds to punish Scott.
We get the sense that the ref is intimidated by the Mad Dog, afraid to stop him from wrestling his second chew-toy of the evening.
We also get the feeling that the Mad Dog is obsessed with hurting these cute jobbers, dominating and punishing one after the other. This Lee Scott is more buff and muscular than the soft-bellied Richie Rouge, so the Dog is going to be extra sadistic now, especially after Scott had defied him.
For a rabid dog, Sawyer sure drops some beautiful Elbows!
These gorgeous Elbow Drops by Sawyer, I am obsessed. He raises his elbow up near his ear to emphasize the power and momentum of it. Then he targets his thick tricep directly into Scott’s neck. UGHHH!
I am afraid for what this cruel Dog is going to do to young Scott. What was this rookie thinking when he interrupted the Dog’s feeding frenzy?!
The Dog is just toying with his jobber-meat!
Another picture-perfect Elbow Drop — the Mad Dog delivers it like he’s trying to decapitate his jobber! Sorry if you’re bored of all these Elbows, but I can’t get enough of them. I’m like a dog with a bone, I suppose.
Look at Scott kicking his long legs around, the bright pink color drawing our attention to his dramatic suffering. It’s beautiful!
Careful there, Dog! What exactly are you grabbing?!
Back inside the ring, Sawyer reaches between his jobber’s legs and hoists him up by the back waistband of his tights! It looks like a reverse wedgie, the fabric compressing into his crotch instead of his crack. We get the sense that the Dog hates those flashy pink tights and wants to destroy them, punishing Scott for daring to dress so flamboyantly.
Scott’s will is broken along with his back.
What is Sawyer going to do to his prey now that he has him in a helpless position?
Oh no — not the Over-the-Knee Back Breaker!! That is a nice one, Lee Scott looks totally broken. That will teach him to bother the Dog during supper time.
Yet another victim is defeated by the Dog Splash.
Again we are treated to the dangerous, crippling dive off the top ropes as Sawyer brings his massive weight down onto Lee Scott’s vulnerable ribs! CRUNCH!
They are going to run out of jobbers if the Mad Dog keeps breaking them all!
Crawling to the side of the ring for an intimate conversation with his manager, the Dog offers to splash Lee Scott yet again.
Of course the sadistic Master is eager to see it again! He too is like a dog with a bone when it comes to watching his wrestler harm jobbers.
Poor Lee Scott may not survive another one!
The Dog flies again. When will this vicious jobber destruction ever end?! After all, I already shot several Dog Splashes ago.
I may have embellished the story a little bit, adding an extra Dog Splash or two than actually occurred. But you get the point. The Mad Dog is a dominating Alpha Male, feeding on all the attractive young meat.
