Fear of Clowns, 2 of 2

In last week’s article about the fear of clowns, these studs squared off against a group of scary and sadistic Mexican wrestlers known as “Psycho Circus.”

Due to the arrogant attitudes and insulting pre-match comments by the buff foreigners (and the fact that they are foreigners), the Mexican audience was squarely behind the evil psycho clowns, hoping to see the foreigners punished.

A wrestler is viewed as a hero if the audience can relate to the character — if they have things in common — if the wrestler makes an effort to interact with the fans, to be one of them.  If Psycho Circus were in the ring against friendly Mexican boys-next-Casa, the audience would surely hate and degrade the clowns.  But being in a match against the arrogant foreign bastards — who cheat nearly as often as they denigrate and insult the fans — enables Psycho Circus to earn the support and encouragement of the crowd.

The clowns eventually gain the upper hand and begin to function as the more effective partnership, working in harmony to nearly break Alex Koslov in half. This is the sort of brutality and cruelty the fans expect from Psycho Circus.  By the way, this match is available on YouTube but the video quality isn’t exactly perfect.

The clowns must not only defeat their buff opponents, but they must also emasculate the studs.  The audience needs to see the sex appeal of the hunky foreigners dispelled, their power and potency canceled out.

Therefore Alex Koslov is turned into a bitch by having his trunks pulled down and his crack revealed.  He can no longer be an object of lust nor a symbol of sexual conquest if we are pointing and laughing at his bare ass.

Pro wrestling often establishes a villain as a powerful, verile sex machine at the start of the match, then when the homo-erotic energy becomes too strong, dispels the sexual tension and clears the air by degrading the stud and turning him into a non-threatening eunuch.

All three of the studs are humiliated and beaten down to the delight of the laughing, jeering crowd.  The twisted clowns bend Masters over, wedgie up his trunks, and spank him with a belt.

He is clearly no longer the Master, but instead is seen as a submissive bitch.  This is exactly what the male audience needed to see in order to cut off any longing or worship they were beginning to feel for Masters, and to re-affirm their self-defined hetero-sexual orientation.  This scene also tells the story of Mexican independence and autonomy, the ability of the People to escape oppression and overcome a strong foreign enemy.

The three studs attempt to regain the mutual support and homo-social bonding that made them successful earlier in the match by joining in a group hug.  But this behavior is viewed as Too Gay by the jeering audience so it does nothing but inspire further hatred for the foreigners.

In the end, the threat of invasion that the foreigners represented (i.e., the political invasion by foreign nationals, as well as the potential physical invasion by dominating males) is averted.  They are pinned and humiliated, and therefore stripped of their political power as well as their sexual potency, by being crushed and emasculated by the goofy looking clowns.

  1. Stay Puft says:

Koslov’s AND Masters’ asses on display… That’s some hall of fame stuff right there!

  2. John says:

Seeing these three cocky, physically superior men humiliated, made vulnerable and ultimately defeated by a trio of dumpy clowns is indescribably hot.

  3. Tough Guy 55 says:

That’s a bare ass beating and they parade him around the ring so everyone sees him bent over with his muscular ass about to get a strap. Then he likes it so much that when he falls outside the ring following his beating he walks around with his ass hanging out and goes up to the crowd so that can get a good look at those glutes.
