Yesterday’s gallery featuring Brad Attitude suffering at the hands of bad boy Trevor Lee reminded me that I had some old images of another hot Brad Attitude match from Full Impact Pro wrestling in 2009. So I decided to drag out these photos and write up my thoughts on this suggestive match between Brad and the hyper-sexual, ever-horny Rhett Titus.
Titus brings a stripper vibe to his matches, grinding and pumping his body to sexualize his motions.
Attitude enters the ring eager to make the most of his chance at the title. When a young Face like Attitude agrees to wrestle a horn-dog like Titus, we get the impression that the clean straight guy is a bit clueless and naive. Does he fully understand what he is getting himself into, entering the ring nearly naked with a horny sex-addict? It feels like the straight man is being taken advantage of.
At play in this match are the concepts of Ideal Masculinity as represented by Attitude (clean cut, strong, rule-abiding, no nonsense) versus Corrupt Masculinity which Titus embodies (arrogant, sneaky, flamboyant, and sexually deviant.)
At the start of the match, Idealized Masculinity proves to be the superior philosophy as Brad dominates and out-wrestles his long-haired opponent. Have patience, wrestling fans, he will be suffering soon!
Damn, Rhett looks great in his little purple trunks with the white star on the ass! When he gains control of young Attitude, he both punishes and molests the rookie, grabbing him between the legs to slam him, grinding him (crotch to head) into the ropes, etc. This demonstrates Rhett’s ruthless and sexually deviant nature.
The climax of the battle occurs when Titus grips the rookie in a painful Body Scissor. Given their positions and facial expressions, the implication is that there is more than mere scissoring going on here! As Titus grinds on the pressure, tossing back his head as if in ecstasy, we get the impression that Brad Attitude is being used and abused in a manner he has not experienced since Hell Week at the frat house.
Because he represents the Ideal version of Masculinity, Brad can not just lay there and submit to this hedonism. Instead, he struggles to his feet (carrying the other man on his back like a mount) and dumps his opponent on the mat to punish him for his deviance.
Then things get really kinky and suggestive as Brad (i.e., the presumably straight Ideal Man) reaches down between Rhett’s legs to grab the other wrestler’s cock and balls in his fist:
If the power of Rhett Titus lies in his big bulging pouch, then the key to defeating him involves the destruction of his manhood. By squeezing his nuts like a pair of lemons, Brad has emasculated the champ, rendered him impotent.
Now that the over-sexed champion has been effectively castrated, the source of his power rendered impotent, Brad Attitude is free to dominate the sissy. He immobilizes Rhett’s arms and carries him around the ring on his shoulders to emphasize the helplessness and lack of power.
And this is how Brad Attitude fought sexual harassment with sexual harassment to defeat Rhett Titus. By busting the other man’s balls, Brad put a stop to his molestation and castrated his attacker. Our take-away is that the traditional version of Manhood will reign over a corrupted, effeminate version, even if the Real Man must sometimes employ bitchy tactics.
